Business Development Manager, Manned Guard Security Sales, London and South East
£25,000 to £35,000 Basic, + £10K OTE realistic in Year One (uncapped) plus car and benefits.
One of the UK's fastest growing security groups has enjoyed 35% year on year growth over the last five years. In their aim to become the leading provider of security staff in London and the South East they now require an experienced business development manager to win new accounts and effectively manage existing business. To succeed you will have previous experience of selling manned guard services and be familiar with all facets of the security industry.
This is a strategic business development role where you will be tasked with effective account management of the existing portfolio and driving forward new business sales. You will be targeted with winning multi £000's accounts and will be experienced in winning major security contracts at senior levels through bids and tender processes.
As an individual you will be self motivated, highly organised and have a clear and planned structure to business development. You will be highly credible and reliable individual that is well presented and target oriented. In addition you will be an empathetic communicator that is used to putting together complex proposals and presentations.
The role is immediately available and is ideal for an individual living within a 30 mile radius of the City of London. The role is based 4 days 'out on the road' and one day in the office in West London.
